Sutcliffe Vineyards is well known in the Colorado wine market and is gaining a fellowship around the world. In Food and Wine Magazine 2015 Wine Guide, it was named America’s 500 Best Wine Producers.
A couple weeks ago we had the honor of have John Sutcliffe owner and founder join us for another wine pairing dinner, the last time we had John was our first wine dinner at our farm kitchen during our new Harvest Weeks.
Having John Sutcliffe join us for the wine dinner is only an extra-added bonus on top of all the amazing courses and wine paired perfectly to them. During our wine tasting, John was not only entertaining guests, but giving the back-story for all the wines that they are trying.
Chef Craig Singer and the Kitchen team came up with a 5 course-pairing menu that fit perfectly with 5 of Sutcliffe’s Wines.
