Want to go horseback riding on the ranch, or head out into the Mt. Zirkel Wilderness with your favorite wrangler? Done. Want to go fly fishing on the Elk River - or just hang out and cast into the ranch pond with the kids? Easy. Want to go on a long wildflower hike or visit a pristine high country lake? Check. Would the kids rather go swimming in the pool, or rock climbing with a local outfitter, or maybe whitewater rafting when the water is high? No problem. We'll arrange it. Do you feel like just lazing about napping, reading and eating while the kids do whatever they feel like doing? Great, we'll bring you fresh ice and a pitcher of lemonade...

What Will My Kids Do On A Home Ranch Vacation?

For families with kids and teens, from 6 - 18, we provide an exceptional kids and teens program. Our dedicated kids and teens counselors are available from 8:30 in the morning until 9:00 at night and our counselors tailor each day to the social and adventure needs and desires of each age group.

We know that the interests of teens and younger kids don’t always mesh, and we’ve got that covered. Our counselors have met the most eye-rolling, text-crazy teens, only to see them forget all about their cell phones as they head out on their custom-made adventure.

In addition to the amazing activities enjoyed by the younger kids, teens can head to the hills for an overnight campout or explore new trails with our back-country guide. They’ll never be left wanting, and you’ll never have to worry. Our kids and teens program offers as many adventures as your children can dream up.

A week at the ranch in the summer is an excellent opportunity to make great memories and new friendships that will last a lifetime.
