A Week of Colorado Wineries, Artisans and Chefs
The culmination of our High Mountain Harvest Weeks features special sessions with Colorado's finest chefs, wine makers and food artisans. Throughout the week, you will be engaged in a wide array of culinary activities and indulgences. Learn how to create your own pizza, smoke the trout you just caught, and preserve delicious Colorado peaches. Enjoy cooking demos with local chefs and enjoy a wide variety of farm-to-table creations, all while sipping handcrafted Rocky Mountain cocktails and brews.
Re-introduce yourself to Hunter Chamness, a former chef of The Home Ranch, who has taken his refined craft to Vail, CO, where his Seattle-based team recently opened Boxcar. A Chef driven restaurant & bar offering a comfortable approach to Modern American cuisine. It expands the notion of what elevated pub food can be, while offering a large assortment of craft beer cocktails,and wine.
A neighborhood Frasca is a large part of Friulano tradition. Historically, it is a place for friends, farmers and families to gather to share a bottle of wine, a meal and enjoy warm hospitality. Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson combined their passion for Friulano cuisine and fine wine to create Frasca in Boulder, CO. Chef Duncan Holmes joined the Frasca team in 2015 and will be bringing his experience from around the globe to the ranch kitchen and farm.
Enjoy handcrafted brews from just down the road in Steamboat Springs a luxurious wine pairing dinner featuring Colorado Wines, crafted from grapes grown in the high elevations of the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
