Life at the Home Ranch

Here is some basic information about life at the ranch:

Meals and modest housing are provided at no cost to the employee. Expect to have one or more roommates. A cleaning/damage deposit will be required prior to moving in.
Although we hire for specific positions, staff may be asked to help in another department if needed. Life on a ranch requires everyone to chip in!
Absolutely no pets are allowed for seasonal staff.
The Home Ranch has a strict policy against drug use and abuse of alcohol.
Staff are required to wear uniform when working and are expected to present themselves in a neat, professional manner. Management reserves the right to approve of the appropriateness of clothes, jewelry, and general appearance.
A car is not a must; the lodge is within walking distance of staff housing.
Come prepared to work really hard and have a lot of fun!
