Served from 7:30 a.m. - 9 a.m. in the dining room

Lunch
Served buffet-style pool side from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.

Please note: There is no lunch served on Sundays, the arrival and departure day.

Youth dinner at 6:00 on the back deck

Hors d’oeuvres at 6:30 in the living room

Dinner in the dining room at 7:00

Monday

Dinner will be served at the Llamasary

Hay wagon leaves at 5:30 from the front of the lodge

Tuesday

Youth dinner and teen campout – meet at the rec. room at 5:30

Dinner in dining room at 7:00

Music to follow dinner in the living room

Wednesday

Youth Dinner on the back deck at 5:30

Food and Wine Pairing at 7:00 in the dining room

Barn dance for all to follow at 9:00

Thursday

Youth dinner on the back deck at 5:30

Hors d’oeuvres on the back deck with margaritas at 6:30

Dinner, buffet style, in the dining room at 7:00

Youth talent show following dinner in the dining room

Friday

Dinner on the front deck at 5:30

Shuttle for the Rodeo leaves at 6:30 Not available the week of August 19 - 26

Saturday

Campfire cook-out for everyone

Hors d’oeuvres served at 6:30

Followed by dinner at 7:00
