Holiday Party

Are you looking for somewhere different to do you holiday  party this year?  The Home Ranch is available to host your party. We can do anything from cocktails and dinner to a day of fun and an overnight stay and can typically work with any budget.  Most parties are between 15 and 50 people.   We have dates available December 6  – 17.  Please contact Selina, Lauren or Clyde to start planning your celebration for this year. Dude Ranch Vacation during Christmas

Sleigh rides, horseback riding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing and adventures in Steamboat Springs await those willing to brave the crowds and come west for a dude ranch vacation at Christmas.  The Home Ranch has a long history of hosting families for Christmas and New Years and this year is no exception. Grand Opening in Charlotte

Many of you may know that The Home Ranch is a wonderful dude ranch vacation, some know that we are a Relais & Chateaux and a few may even know that we are an Orvis Endorsed Lodge.  We have been associated with Orvis for two years and are very excited about the opportunities they offer for their members.  We were recently told of a couple of new stores that would be opening over the fall – Cleveland, Dedham and Charlotte. Fall Fly Fishing

As snow begins to cover the peaks, dude ranches begin to close down for the season.  The Home Ranch is still offering dude ranch vacations, at least for a couple more days. Last week was a week of snow, rain, clouds and sun.  On one of the sunnier days Michael was able to try his luck on the lower Elk River.   This was the first time he had fished this stretch of water on the Elk River during the fall.   He had also had great luck on it during the previous summer.
