Come Ski with Me!

I love winter and snow.  Last year, however, was too much.  We received over 500 inches of snow!  It sounds great, but it was so much snow that all we did was shovel and plow.  Rarely did we get to go out and enjoy it.  I’m hoping that this year will be a little more reasonable. Timber

Some of you have met him, others have heard of him and for a few this is your introduction.  Timber is a border collie, blue heeler, newfoundland mix that Eric and I adopted from the pound on August 29, 2008.  He was about 9 weeks old.  He is proving to be a great Home Ranch dog; he is taking lessons from Cody.    Buster is also teaching him a thing or two. We are all looking forward to skiing with him this winter and hiking next summer. Share this:

Introducing Alex and Casey Bork

After  24 years of waiting, Casey Fisher is now Casey Bork (and Alex is an official part of the Fisher family). On October 11, 2008 we woke to a blue bird sky with no clouds. It was going to be a great day. Around noon the wind blew in some clouds and few showers; it seemed to pass by 2:30 we thought we could proceed with an outdoor ceremony as planned, however Mother Nature had other plans. Share this:
